Good to know: There is no live Airtable API sync. Re-export the CSV when the base changes. We do not store your base.
How to do this in the browser
- Open the free label maker in Chrome, Edge, or Safari, nothing to install for design.
- Pick an exact label size (not Letter paper).
- Add text, a barcode, or a QR code. Load a spreadsheet if you have a list.
- Print to a Zebra with Browser Print, or export PNG, PDF, or ZPL.
Interfaces vs print
Airtable Interfaces are for screens. Thermal labels need exact size and native barcodes, that is the canvas.
Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets
Put each SKU, name, or code in its own row. In the app, map a column into text, a barcode, or a QR code. Preview one row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
