How to make tote labels from a list: put tote id and zone in a sheet, open the free label maker, set 3x2, map {{tote}} and a barcode, print the fleet.

Good to know: Do not put customer addresses on a tote that travels the floor if that is private.

How to make tote labels from a list

  1. Sheet: tote, zone, optional barcode.
  2. Open the free label maker and set 3x2.
  3. Map {{tote}} large, barcode on the id, {{zone}} smaller.
  4. Preview two totes. Print both sides if you need it.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
