Print 4×6 Zebra labels on a Mac without CUPS
Mac sellers get stuck in CUPS just to print a 4×6. Set a 4×6 artboard, design or import the pack face you own, print with Browser Print from Safari or Chrome. Open the free label maker to do it now.
How to print 4×6 Zebra labels on a Mac without CUPS
- Install Zebra Browser Print for Mac and leave it running. You do not add the printer in System Settings.
- Open the free label maker in Safari or Chrome and set the artboard to 4×6.
- Allow the local helper if the browser asks.
- Print one test label. Official postage PDFs should be printed at 100% as issued.
Checklist
- Artboard 4×6
- Browser Print helper running
- Allow the site if Safari/Chrome prompts
- Postage PDFs: print those files at 100% if they are official
Do you need a Mac driver?
Some POS apps say “Zebra has no Mac driver.” For this editor you do not need one. Browser Print talks to the printer directly.
Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets
Put each SKU, name, or code in its own row. In the app, map a column into text, a barcode, or a QR code. Preview one row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.
Print or save
Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
