Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

People search “print QR from Google Sheets” because add-ons break after API changes. Publish the sheet as CSV (or paste the export URL), map the URL column into a QR element, and print one sticker per row. Open the free label maker to do it now.

Good to know: We fetch only a published CSV you paste. We do not log into Google. A bad URL prints a bad QR, scan row 1 first.

How to print QR codes from Google Sheets

  1. Open the free label maker and set the size of your stock.
  2. Add a native barcode (not an Excel font) and map the spreadsheet column, for example {{code}}. Use a column of full https:// links (not a screenshot of a QR).
  3. Preview row 1 and a row near the end of the sheet.
  4. Print the stack on a Zebra, or export PDF / ZPL.

Sheets add-ons vs this

Workspace add-ons draw Avery sheets on Letter paper. Thermal 2×2 QR plus a name line belongs on a real label canvas.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
