A Zebra only prints one label when quantity is 1, peel or pause is waiting for the next take, or the spreadsheet only had a header plus one row. Check all three before you redesign. Open the free label maker to do it now.

Good to know: A gap-sense fail can also print one, then error. Calibrate if the second label never starts.

How to fix a Zebra that only prints one label

  1. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
  2. Check quantity. If you loaded Excel or CSV, look at row X / N. If N is 1, the file is the problem.
  3. Turn off peel if you are tearing by hand. Press Pause if the printer is waiting.
  4. Print the rest. Do not send a whole stack until the second label actually comes out.
