You can print barcode labels from Google Sheets without an add-on. Publish the sheet as CSV, paste the URL in Variables in the free label maker, map the SKU column to CODE128, preview a row, then print. No signup.

Good to know: The browser fetches the published CSV from Google. Unpublish when you are done if the sheet should not stay public. We do not install a Google add-on.

How to print barcode labels from Google Sheets

  1. Publish the sheet as CSV.
  2. Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com and add a barcode with {sku}.
  3. Open Variables, Google Sheet tab, paste the URL.
  4. Preview two rows. Print or download PDF.

Why not a Sheets add-on

Add-ons live inside Google and often charge per merge. This path is a browser label with native barcodes. Excel upload works the same if you download the sheet.

Print or save

If you have a Zebra, print from this computer with Browser Print at the printer's DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. Save the JSON if you want to edit this layout later.
