Zebra CUPS driver on Mac, and the browser path

Do this in the free app: app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup. Design the label, then print on a Zebra or download PNG / PDF / ZPL.

Apple and church-check-in docs still say “install CUPS because Zebra has no Mac driver.” That is true for AirPrint-style desktop print. For labels, Zebra Browser Print talks to the printer without CUPS. Open the free label maker to do it now.

Good to know: We do not ship a CUPS PPD. If a third-party app insists on CUPS, that is their path, not ours.

Quality warning you will see

Vendors warn Mac generic print is soft. Browser Print + native barcodes is the sharp path. Related: print 4×6 from Mac without CUPS.

Print a whole list from Excel or Google Sheets

Put each SKU, name, or code in its own row. In the app, map a column into text, a barcode, or a QR code. Preview one row, then print the stack. Guide: mail merge labels.

Print or save

Zebra thermal: print from the browser with Browser Print at the printer’s DPI. Everyone else: download PNG, JPEG, SVG, PDF, or ZPL. JSON keeps the editable master.
