Zebra ZD620 setup guide

The Zebra ZD620 (including ZD620d direct thermal configs) is a 4"-class desktop built for higher-end shipping and barcode work. This guide covers media, DPI, Browser Print, and free design software.

What you need

• ZD620 / ZD620d + USB or Ethernet
• Direct thermal or transfer media for your model
• Browser Print + mylabelmaker

Step 1. Load and calibrate

1. Open the media door; load the roll per the path diagram.
2. Close firmly; press Feed.
3. Calibrate if gaps skip, calibration.

Step 2. Confirm DPI

Many ZD620 units are 203 DPI; some configs are 300. Match the sticker in software. Fuzzy print fix.

Step 3. Browser Print

1. Install from the setup section.
2. Restart the browser completely.
3. If not listed: not connecting.

Step 4: Free labels

1. Open app.mylabelmaker.com.
2. Select ZD620, set size (often 4×6) and DPI.
3. Design or template → print.
