Batch print labels from Excel on a Zebra
Batch printing is the difference between clicking Print 200 times and sending a whole SKU list or ship-day roster in one pass. Warehouses, Amazon prep desks, and multi-channel sellers do this from Excel every day. Here is the free browser workflow.
What you need
- Zebra desktop (ZD420, ZD421, GK420d, ZP450, etc.) + Browser Print
- Spreadsheet with one row per label (headers in row 1)

How to batch print labels from Excel on a Zebra
- Open https://app.mylabelmaker.com. No signup.
- Export Excel or Google Sheets as CSV UTF-8.
- Set the label size (4x6 shipping, 2x1 product, 3x2 bin) and DPI to match the printer.
- Place tokens that match your headers, like {{name}}, {{sku}}, {{barcode}}.
- Import the CSV under Variables. Preview row by row.
- Print the selection (or all rows) to the Zebra with Browser Print.
Header names must match tokens. If the sheet says
SKU, use {{SKU}} (or rename the column). Spaces in headers are fine if tokens match exactly.Jobs people batch this way
